Enable TLS1.2 in Jboss EAP 7
Hello, Today we are going to discuss about how to enable TLS1.2 in Jboss EAP 7.
As recommended by one of the subscriber in the comment section. So, we are going ahead with enabling TLS 1.2 in Jboss EAP 7. If you didn’t read the last blog, first read that.
It would be more helpful to understand this blog. In that blog also given description about SSL and Https.
It will help to understand the things more easily.

Before reading further I just want to recommend you to read the basics of SSL and https in last blog. To understand it in more simpler way.
Application Server : Jboss EAP
Version : 7
Path : jboss-eap-7/standalone /configuration /standalone.xml
Add below code in standalone.xml
<connector name="https" protocol="HTTP/1.1" scheme="https" socket-binding="https" secure="true" >
<ssl name="ssl" key-alias="mydomain" password="password"
If you need to enble via CLI Mode. Follow below steps.
Step1 : Go to jboss-eap-7/standalone/bin directory
Step 2 : Run jboss-cli.sh
Step 3 : Type “connect”
Add below code.
This way, you can enable TLS1.2 in your Jboss EAP 7 Server.
Note : For Jboss EAP 7, you need to have JDK 7.
